PT - Pururu CatCafé – Animação 2D

A animação Pururu CatCafé é um projeto autoral, desenvolvida com o objetivo de estudo em rigging e animação, focado na apresentação da marca em mídias digitais e na exploração de uma linguagem visual lúdica. O projeto contou com etapas de pré-produção no Adobe Illustrator, onde foram criados o storyboard, o design do gato e o lettering “Pururu”. A edição da trilha sonora e a aplicação de efeitos de som foram realizadas no Adobe Audition. A animação foi produzida no Adobe After Effects, utilizando recursos de rigging, path animation e princípios clássicos de animação para reforçar a identidade da marca. O gato foi animado com rigging estruturado no Duik Angela e, para as patas, aplicou-se a Puppet Tool com esqueleto, garantindo maior flexibilidade e suavidade nos movimentos. O lettering “Pururu” recebeu animação direta em path, criando um efeito de puxa e encolhe. O café foi animado também via path, simulando o splash inicial e o escorrimento pela tela, reforçando a sensação de fluidez. Foram aplicados ajustes de timing e curvas de interpolação no Graph Editor, aliados a princípios como overlapping e follow through, que contribuíram para dar ritmo, peso e naturalidade à peça. A proposta foi desenvolver uma animação em um formato atrativo para diferentes plataformas digitais, transmitindo a curiosidade, espírito lúdico dos gatos e a sensação acolhedora de apreciar um bom café em um ambiente convidativo.

EN - Pururu CatCafé – 2D Animation

The Pururu CatCafé animation is an original project, developed as a study in rigging and animation, focused on presenting the brand in digital media and exploring a playful visual language. The project included pre-production stages in Adobe Illustrator, where the storyboard, the cat design, and the “Pururu” lettering were created. The soundtrack editing and the application of sound effects were carried out in Adobe Audition. The animation was produced in Adobe After Effects, making use of rigging, path animation, and classical animation principles to reinforce the brand’s identity. The cat was animated with a rig structured in Duik Angela, and for the paws, the Puppet Tool with skeleton was applied, ensuring greater flexibility and smoothness in the movements. The “Pururu” lettering was directly animated through path animation, creating a squash-and-stretch effect. The coffee was also animated via path animation, simulating the initial splash and its flow across the screen, enhancing the sense of fluidity. Fine-tuned timing adjustments and curve interpolation in the Graph Editor, combined with principles such as overlapping and follow through, contributed to the rhythm, weight, and natural feel of the piece. The goal was to create an animation in an attractive format for different digital platforms, conveying the curiosity and playful spirit of cats as well as the welcoming feeling of enjoying a good coffee in a cozy environment.
